Our client based in Maldon are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join their Technical department. This role is working for a fantastic, well established Food Manufacturing Business are hiring due to business growth.
The Role
*Maintaining a log of suppliers certificates, you will be responsible for keeping these up to date as they expire
*Being the first point of contact for the customer portal, maintaining and updating customer details
*Dealing with food related queries in relation to product shelf life
*Generate industry specific certificates for food product
*Assisting with customer complaints and queries
*Being a point of contact for suppliers where required
*Supporting with audits
*Any other administrative duties as required
