As a Parts Advisor in Sleaford, you’ll be at the heart of the operation-supporting customers, managing parts enquiries, and ensuring the smooth running of the department across Agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a key role in daily operations:
*Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face, telephone, and email
*Support showroom sales and assist with product enquiries
*Accurately identify and supply parts to customers and technicians
*Handle deliveries including loading and unloading stock
*Process invoices and maintain accurate records
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as a Parts Advisor, you’ll need:
*Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role
*Background in automotive, plant, HGV, crane, agricultural, or machinery sectors
*Strong sales and customer service skills
*Good IT skills and confidence with systems and email
*Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
*Ability to work in a busy environment
*A proactive and professional approach
*Full UK driving licence
