Temporary HR Administration Manager
Liverpool – hybrid role.
£14.42 - £16.82ph plus holiday pay – depending on experience.
Our client are currently in need of an experienced HR Professional with excellent organisational skills, who can hit the ground running to support during this time.
*Line manage a team of two administrators, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
*Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees, with support from the Regional HR Manager
*Attend and document employee relations meetings, including disciplinaries, investigations, and grievances
*Manage the Head Office Employee Forum, liaising with employee representatives, recording meetings, and tracking actions
*Conduct exit interviews and provide data to the UK HR Team for analysis
*Support Regional HR Managers with delivery of the annual Engagement Survey
*Assist with recruitment where required
*Support the probation review process, ensuring reviews are completed by relevant managers
*Issue contracts of employment and employee change letters, ensuring signed copies are returned
*Support HR projects and site change programmes as required
*Support the payroll team with updating all HR communications required for a seamless payroll process.
This is a temporary role, likely to be a month minimum but could be longer. We doe require an experienced HR professional, with strong ER experience and experience of supporting payroll.
