What you’ll be doing:
*Supporting students in class, both one-to-one and in small groups
*Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

*A warm, enthusiastic personality (bonus points for a great smile!)
*Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
*A genuine passion for supporting young people
*Experience in education or SEN is lovely-but not essential
