We’re supporting a well-established engineering business in Rugby who are looking to appoint an experienced Electro-Mechanical Fitter ready to step into a Team Leader role.
This is a hands-on position working on rotating machinery, offering a genuine opportunity to take the next step in your career.
The Role
*Strip, inspect and rebuild AC/DC motors and rotating machinery
*Work from mechanical and electrical drawings
*Carry out testing and fault finding
*Complete job reports and inspection documentation
*Ensure high standards and first-time fix
*Support and guide a small team within the workshop
*Drive H&S, quality and housekeeping standards
*Help manage workloads and project deadlines
What They’re Looking For
*NVQ / C&G in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
*Strong electro-mechanical experience
*Background with motors, gearboxes or rotating equipment
*Someone ready to step into a leadership role
*Good attention to detail and quality standards
