Supply Chain AdministratorLocation: Bradford (Office-based)
Contract: Ongoing Temporary
Hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday)
Pay Rate: £14 - 15 per hour
The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a reliable and organised Temporary Supply Chain Administrator to join a busy team based in Bradford to work alongside the expeditors. This is an ongoing temporary position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating, tracking, and supporting operational processes.
Key Responsibilities*Expediting orders, materials, and documentation to ensure timely progress
*Monitoring and updating internal systems and trackers
*Liaising with suppliers, internal departments, and stakeholders
*Chasing outstanding information, deliveries, and approvals
*Maintaining accurate administrative records and reports
*Use of excel daily to monitor and track deliveries
*Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
*Identifying and escalating any delays or potential issues
About You*Previous experience in an administrative, expediting, or coordination role
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator, both written and verbal
*Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
*Proactive and able to work independently
