Childcare Solicitor or Legal Executive – Exeter

What will you do?
*Advise on children law matters relating to:
*Child arrangements orders & contact disputes, adoption, emergency orders, relocation and child abduction, parental responsibility, childcare proceedings and social services,
*Some of your own advocacy
What will you need?
*To be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
*At least 5 yrs experience within family & childcare law
*Good advocacy skills
*Children’s Panel membership is an advantage, but not essential
