Talent Guardian are working with a well-established business based in Poole who are looking to appoint an experienced Funeral Director to join their dedicated team.

This is a highly rewarding and important role, supporting families during one of the most difficult times in their lives. You will play a key part in ensuring funeral services are delivered with professionalism, compassion and attention to detail.

The Role:
*Meeting with bereaved families to arrange funeral services in line with their wishes
*Providing guidance on all aspects of funeral planning, including legal and administrative requirements
*Coordinating all logistics for funerals, burials and cremations
*Liaising with clergy, celebrants, cemeteries and crematoria
*Overseeing the preparation and presentation of the deceased with dignity and respect
*Managing funeral day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
*Maintaining accurate records and handling all documentation efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience as a Funeral Director
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*A compassionate, professional and discreet approach
*Knowledge of relevant regulations and procedures
*Ability to manage multiple arrangements in a fast-paced environment
*Full UK driving licence

*Phone duties: 1 weekday evening in 3 and 1 weekend in 25
