You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients, delivering clear, compliant financial advice across investments, retirement planning, protection and estate planning — supported by strong paraplanning and admin teams.
What you’ll be doing
*Building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality financial plans
*Providing compliant advice in line with FCA and Consumer Duty requirements
*Managing ongoing client reviews and service agreements
*Collaborating with planner support teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes
*Mentoring Associate Planners and supporting their development
*Maintaining CPD, SPS and regulatory standards
What we’re looking for
*Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client-facing advisory role - CF30 is advantageous
*Strong technical knowledge across investments, retirement, protection and estate planning
*Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
