Fraser Carver Recruitment are working with an established Bridging and Development Finance Lender in the City who are looking to hire an exceptional Credit Analyst to support the business development team.
Sitting within the Sales function the key purpose of the role is to support the sales team by preparing the initial credit submissions for the underwriting team for both Development and Bridging loans. You will also support across the whole sales process; helping to structure the deals, sending out and following up on terms, being a point of contact for ongoing enquiries, following up and updating on progress and also liaising with a range of stakeholders from Brokers to Lawyers and internal teams within Credit & Legal.
We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years experience working in a credit/ underwriting capacity for a Non-Bank UK Lender with an emphasis on Development Finance deals although a knowledge of Dev and Bridging would be ideal. You will have strong credit and analytic skills and be outgoing, driven and ambitious.
This role has the potential to either develop within the sales function or potentially to move across into a core credit role in time. There is lots of opportunity for progression as my client has ambitious growth plans going forward,
