Marketing Assistant - Publishing Division
Loughton, Essex
£25,000, Office-based, Monday-Friday
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to join a dynamic Publishing division, working across four established brands. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a mix of digital and print publications, supporting content across websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns to grow audiences and boost engagement
*Collaborate with the team to create and distribute content across web, email, and social channels
*Maintain and update websites, working with external suppliers to ensure accuracy and quality
*Track, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights
*Support the creation and optimisation of email campaigns and newsletters
*Assist with online editorial content for ICON and OnOffice
About You
We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to develop their marketing career. You’ll bring:
*A degree in Marketing or a related field
*Strong organisational and analytical skills
*Excellent communication and writing ability, with adaptability in tone of voice
*A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box
*Confidence, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects
Desirable:
*Experience in a similar role (internship or during studies)
*Familiarity with email platforms (e.g. Adestra) and CMS tools
*Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
*Interest in design, interiors, or home-focused content
