Job Description:
RMA ASSISTANT
Temporary role - ongoing
Based in North Watford
£12.71 per hour
MON-FRI, 09:00 - 17:00

Responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at minimisingstock loss and ensuring proper handling of returned merchandise.
Duties include:
*Evaluating and loggingreturned merchandise to assess its condition and determine the appropriate action to take.
*Testing and repairingpriority stock, either using their own skills or sending items to the repaid team for repair.
*Logging and trackingreturned merchandise to ensure accurate records and compliance with company policies.
*Supporting other departmentsby assisting with inventory management and other RMA-related tasks.
