An established and highly regarded commercial property team is entering its next phase of growth and is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner to help shape its future presence in Ipswich.
This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer ready to lead, influence and grow a practice, either stepping into Partnership or moving along a clear and structured path toward it. You’ll take ownership of a strong local offering, supported by a wider firm with a high-quality client base and long-standing relationships.
The role combines leadership and high-level fee earning, with responsibility for complex transactions including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work and property finance. You’ll work closely with clients, professional referrers and colleagues across the firm, playing a key role in strategic growth and mentoring the next generation of lawyers.
