Lead Generation Executive - IT Managed Services

Role Overview
The Lead Generation Executive drives awareness and qualified opportunities across our Managed IT Services portfolio. Working with Sales and Digital teams, you’ll identify prospects, conduct outreach, qualify leads, and book meetings for our Managed Services specialists. This role offers a clear development path into Business Development, Account Management, or Service Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach
*Outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach promoting Managed IT Services.
*Follow up on inbound and marketing-qualified leads.
*Qualify opportunities and schedule discovery meetings.
*Support targeted campaigns and attend webinars, events, and exhibitions when required.
Campaign Management & Reporting
*Deliver sector-focused outreach with marketing.
*Maintain accurate CRM records and activity notes.
*Report on pipeline creation and campaign performance.
Customer Engagement & Collaboration
*Build a clear understanding of support, cloud, backup, network, and cybersecurity services.
*Communicate the commercial value of outsourced IT.
*Work closely with account managers and service teams to support the customer journey.
*Feed back market insights to enhance positioning and messaging.
Core Competencies
*Experience in lead generation, telesales, or inside sales (IT/B2B ideal).
*Excellent communication skills.
*Confidence engaging technical and senior stakeholders.
*Organised, proactive, and target-driven.
*Positive, resilient, and commercially minded.
