Purchase Ledger/Finance Assistant
*Job Type: Temporary (1.5 months minimum)
*Location: IP6, Ipswich
*Hours: Up to 35 hours per week
*Salary: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
We are seeking a Purchase Ledger/Finance Assistant to join our team for a minimum of 1.5 months. This role involves key activities such as raising purchase orders, expediting, updating order confirmations, and processing purchase invoices on the purchase ledger. Due to the location, owning a vehicle is required.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Raising and managing purchase orders efficiently.
*Expediting orders to ensure timely delivery and communication.
*Updating order confirmations to maintain accurate records.
*Processing purchase invoices on the purchase ledger with high accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in a purchasing or similar administrative role.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Proficiency in using financial or purchasing software.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Own vehicle required due to location.
