Job Description:
I am looking for a Service Architect to join on a 6 month contract (strong potential to extend).
Role:
*Service Now structure, automation workflow, and implementation
*Service Design of product management and support workflows across several hundred products
*Service Design for a platform-based product delivery model that underpins hundreds of products
*Use of Dynamic Cis for product discovery and association
*Integration with observability tools such as Datadog • Familiarity with AWS or Confluent Cloud an advantage

*Outside IR35
*Fully remote
