Pineapple Careers is delighted to be supporting a fantastic business based in Ashington, West Sussex, in their search for a Graphic Designer. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing organisation where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Leaders across the UK, Europe and globally – delivering high-quality creative across digital, print, retail and events.
Key Responsibilities:
*Creating a wide range of digital and print assets, including digital media, print ads, brochures, catalogues, presentations and in-store graphics
*Designing creative for trade shows, exhibitions and brand activations
*Working closely with the global marketing team to communicate the brand visually and effectively
*Presenting new ideas and creative concepts to support ongoing brand development
*Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials
*Managing cloud-based asset libraries and maintaining organised artwork records
*Preparing print specifications and obtaining quotes from suppliers
*Preparing artwork for print and liaising with printers through to final delivery
*Conducting quality control checks on printed materials
Key Skills:
*3+ years of experience in a Graphic Design role
*Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva)
*Luxury goods industry experience is desirable
*Solid understanding of design principles and visual storytelling
*Experience creating both digital and print marketing materials
*Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
*Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions
*Experience working with external suppliers, such as printers

Salary & Benefits:
*£32,000 - £36,000
*Full-time, Permanent
*Monday to Thursday 08.30 – 17.00, Friday 09.00 – 15.00
