About the role
Based in Tunbridge Wells with hybrid working available, this role sits at the heart of the finance function, managing high-volume treasury operations and ensuring the smooth execution of all banking and cash management activities.
The successful candidate will take ownership of daily payment processing, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management, handling approximately 2,000 transactions per day. They will also support loan administration, manage foreign exchange updates, and act as a key liaison with banking partners and internal stakeholders.

This is a fast-paced and detail-driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with large volumes of data and thrives in a structured, deadline-focused environment.

What we are looking for
This role requires someone with proven experience in treasury or cash management—this is essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
*A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
*Essential experience in treasury or cash management
*Strong Excel and IT skills
*Excellent communication skills across multiple channels
*High attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of transactions
