Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum (pro-rata)
About the RoleWe are recruiting a Business Management & Hospitality Lecturer to support LCCA’s expanding Level 3 Foundation provision. This role suits a practitioner-educator who enjoys blending academic theory with real-world industry insight.
You will teach across business and hospitality-focused modules, supporting students from a wide range of educational backgrounds as they prepare for higher-level study.
Key Responsibilities*Teach Business and Hospitality modules at Level 3 Foundation
*Deliver engaging, activity-led and blended learning sessions
*Support students academically and pastorally
*Contribute to curriculum design and cross-disciplinary teaching
*Maintain strong links with relevant industries
About You*Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field
*Experience teaching in the UK (HE or FE)
*Industry experience within business and/or hospitality
*A modern, interactive teaching approach
*Strong communication and student engagement skills
