Job Description:
I’m currently working with a successful and well-regarded independent estate agency that’s continuing to grow, and they’re now looking for an ambitious Branch Manager to take the lead in their Stowmarket office.

As a Branch Manager, you will be offered:
*Basic salary up to £32,000
*OTE £60,000+
*Direct support from the business Director
*Business mileage covered
*Clear career progression
As a Branch Manager, your duties will be:
*Leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing team
*Driving revenue and overall branch performance
*Generating new business and building strong client relationships
*Carrying out market appraisals and winning instructions
*Negotiating offers and seeing deals through to completion
*Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements for the role of Branch Manager:
*Experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within estate agency
*Strong knowledge of the local market (ideal)
*A proven track record in winning business and driving growth
*A natural leader with energy, ambition, and a hands-on approach
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
