Job Description:
Due to expansion, our clients, a highly successful and growing Surveying practice, are seeking a Residential Surveyor to work on a Consultancy basis in Reading.
The role is available, working a minimum of 2 days a week. The role will involve carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
Working hours:
*Flexible working hours, a minimum of 2 days a week
*Remote / Work from home
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
*Fee split on all surveys carried out
*£40,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on agreed working days and workload
*Holiday Pay
*PI Insurance
*RICS and VRS fees paid (subject to conditions)
*Equipment provided, including iPad, Mobile phone, Surveying equipment
To be considered for the role of Residential Surveyor you must have the following:
*Minimum AssocRICS or higher
*Registered Valuer status
*UK Driving License
*Own Car
*High attention to detail
*Experience in Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
*Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
*Mortgage Valuations
*Homebuyer (Level 2 Surveys)
