We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy finance team to assist with a new system implementation.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
*Matching, batching and coding invoices
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
*Preparing payment runs
*Liaising with suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice queries
*Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the wider finance team
Requirements
· Previous purchase ledger / accounts payable experience
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication skills
