Description
*Liaising with wholesale and retail customers in a professional and timely manner
*Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
*Issuing invoices and maintaining accurate order records
*Providing customer support via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
*Answering customer questions and resolving issues in a clear and professional manner
*Ensuring customer orders are packed, processed, and dispatched on time
*Assisting with packing and operational fulfilment as required
*Monitoring order progress and helping to troubleshoot delays or delivery issues
*Supporting stock coordination and general supply chain management
*Assisting with the movement of goods through the order fulfilment process
*Helping maintain accuracy across inventory, orders, and dispatch records
*Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow from order receipt through to delivery
Profile
A successful Sales Order Processor should have:
*Previous experience in office administration, operations, customer service, or order processing
*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Confident using email, WhatsApp, invoicing systems, and general office software
*Comfortable carrying out both clerical and practical hands-on tasks
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure
*A proactive and solutions-focused approach
*Experience supporting stock control, fulfilment, or supply chain activity would be advantageous
*Experience working with both wholesale and retail customers is desirable
