Production Operative - Sewing Department
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £16.02 per hour, rising to £17.65 after 12 weeks
Working Pattern: Full Time, Day Shift (Monday - Friday, 35 hours)
Looking for a hands-on role with real career progression?
We’re recruiting Production Operatives to join the Sewing Department at our client’s site in Crewe, supporting the manufacture of luxury vehicle interiors.
This is an ideal opportunity if you’re looking to start a career in manufacturing. No sewing or production experience is required - full training and structured development are provided from day one.
No Experience Needed - Full Training Provided
We’re looking for people who:
*Are enthusiastic and willing to learn
*Enjoy practical, hands-on work
*Follow instructions and quality standards
*Take pride in their work
*Work well as part of a team
You do not need previous sewing, factory, or manufacturing experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Training to use industrial sewing and production equipment
*Producing components to high quality standards
*Following clear processes, safety rules, and quality checks
*Working as part of a supportive production team
Many employees start as Production Operatives and build long-term careers through structured training and development.
