A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator ready to step up, or an existing Assistant Sales Manager looking for a new challenge within a successful independent estate agency in Addlestone.
This is a hands-on role combining valuations, instructions, sales progression, and team support, with strong earning potential and clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities for a Assistant Sales Manager:
*Conducting market appraisals and winning instructions
*Negotiating offers and progressing sales
*Supporting and motivating the sales team
*Assisting with the day-to-day running of the branch
*Driving business generation and revenue growth
Requirements for a Assistant Sales Manager
*Previous estate agency experience (essential)
*Valuation and listing experience preferred
*Strong track record in residential property sales
*Ambitious and career-driven
*Excellent leadership and communication skills
*Full UK driving licence
