Job Title: Trainee Commercial Finance Broker
Location: Skipton
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum + progression + commission
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

We’re working exclusively with a specialist finance business that’s looking for a Trainee Commercial Finance Broker to join their growing team and be trained from the ground up.

You’ll be working closely with an experienced team, learning how deals are structured and how businesses secure funding.

What you’ll be doing as Trainee Commercial Finance Broker:
*Supporting live commercial finance deals from start to finish
*Helping prepare client applications and lender submissions
*Communicating with businesses, lenders and internal teams
*Learning how commercial lending actually works in the real world
*Managing case progress and keeping everything moving
*Building relationships with lenders and clients
*Developing into a fully fledged broker over time

What we’re looking for:
*Bright, ambitious and eager to learn
*Strong communicator who’s confident with people
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Comfortable working in a fast moving environment
*Interest in business, finance or commercial environments, any prior experience highly advantageous
*Someone who wants progression, not just a job title
