Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum + progression + commission
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

What you’ll be doing as Trainee Mortgage Advisor:
*Supporting real mortgage cases from enquiry to completion
*Helping prepare applications, documents and client files
*Speaking with clients and lenders (yes, real conversations, not just background admin)
*Learning how mortgage advice actually works in practice
*Getting trained in regulations, compliance and products
*Building confidence to move into a full advisory role
*Working towards qualifications with full support

What we’re looking for:
*Someone switched on, curious and quick to learn
*Strong communicator who’s comfortable speaking with people
*Organised, detail focused and reliable
*A "get stuck in" mindset, not afraid to ask questions
*Ideally prior relevant industry exposure
*Interest in building a long term career (not just a job)
*CeMAP qualification/ interest is a bonus
