Job Description:
Our client are looking for an experienced PR Manager to lead and elevate their UK public relations strategy.
This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping brand visibility, desirability and commercial impact across press, affiliates, influencers, events and VIP. Working closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail and Events, you will ensure a consistent and compelling brand narrative, secure high-quality coverage, and create moments that resonate both culturally and commercially.
With a strong UK focus initially, there is scope for this role to expand internationally as the business grows into new markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Press & Media Relations
You’ll lead a proactive UK press office, building strong relationships with editors, journalists and stylists while securing consistent, high-quality coverage across print and digital. You’ll pitch seasonal launches and brand stories, manage media enquiries, oversee sample loans, and create press materials aligned to brand tone of voice.
Affiliates & Digital PR
Working closely with E-commerce, you’ll drive affiliate-led coverage that delivers both brand impact and conversion. You’ll manage platforms such as AWIN, LTK and Skimlinks, optimise CPA activity, and track performance to inform future strategy.
Influencer Marketing
You’ll develop and deliver influencer strategies across organic and paid activity, nurturing long-term relationships and identifying meaningful collaborations. From gifting strategy to influencer events and content amplification, you’ll ensure every activation feels authentic and effective.
Events & Brand Moments
You’ll help bring the brand to life through press days, influencer previews, launches and collaboration events, ensuring seamless execution and strong storytelling.
VIP & Celebrity
You’ll secure strategic VIP and celebrity placements, managing seeding, loan requests and bespoke opportunities around key cultural moments, while maintaining strong stylist and talent relationships.
Reporting & Team Leadership
You’ll manage and develop a small PR team, oversee budgets, and report on PR, affiliate, influencer and VIP performance to demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement.
About You

*Confident communicator with excellent writing and relationship-building skills
*Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
*Willing to travel regularly between London, Norfolk and across the UK
