Job Description:
Creative Manager
Our client is seeking a Creative Manager to lead and elevate the creative function, playing a pivotal role in shaping how the brand looks, feels and communicates across all touchpoints.
This is a senior leadership position, responsible for managing a multidisciplinary creative team and delivering high-quality, commercially effective creative across campaigns, content and brand experiences. You will balance strong creative vision with operational excellence, ensuring all output is on brand, delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
Working closely with the Marketing Director and wider business, you will help define creative direction, support campaign ideation and strengthen creative processes as the brand continues to evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Output
*Support the Marketing Director on creative ideation and execution
*Own creative briefs, translating strategic objectives into compelling outputs
*Lead the delivery of visual and campaign assets across digital, print, retail and brand experiences
*Own art direction for e-commerce shoots, ensuring brand consistency and commercial impact
*Oversee post-production for campaign and e-commerce shoots, ensuring assets are platform-ready
*Act as final approver across all visual content and copy
Copy & Brand Voice
*Support campaign, e-commerce and brand copy development
*Ensure all written content aligns with tone of voice and brand positioning
*Review, refine and sign off copy across departments
*Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to strengthen storytelling
Team Leadership
*Lead and develop a creative team including Graphic Designer, Creative Producer and Senior Asset Coordinator
*Manage recruitment, performance reviews and development planning
*Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Production & Delivery
*Oversee the full creative lifecycle from concept to execution
*Ensure assets are delivered on time, on brand and to technical standards
*Manage multi-channel campaign rollouts with attention to detail
Operational & Stakeholder Management
*Develop and refine creative workflows
*Manage timelines, budgets and resource allocation
*Oversee asset management and creative processes
*Work closely with e-commerce, digital, retail, events and marketing teams
*Manage stakeholder communication, briefs, feedback and approvals
Skills & Experience
*Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a creative or studio management role
*Strong background in creative production across digital, print and motion
*Proven delivery of end-to-end creative campaigns
*Experience leading and developing creative teams
*Strong creative judgement with a refined eye for brand consistency
*Excellent copywriting and editing skills
*Strong understanding of production processes and workflow optimisation
*Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and resources
*Highly organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
