Job Description:
Our client are looking for a Graphic Designer to bring their brand to life across a wide range of touchpoints. This role sits within the marketing team and plays a key part in delivering cohesive, high-quality creative across print, digital, and physical environments, ensuring every output reflects a premium and distinctive aesthetic.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery, contributing to campaign development, content creation and brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Brand Assets
*Own the design of direct mail catalogues, coordinating with external agencies and managing printed proof sign-off
*Support PR activity through the creation of press lookbooks, influencer collateral and event assets
*Produce professional presentations for internal and external use that align with brand positioning
Social Media
*Create eye-catching visuals and edit video content for organic social channels, maintaining consistent brand identity
*Support paid social campaigns through imagery, graphics and video assets
Digital & E-commerce Execution
*Process product photography, resizing and optimising imagery in line with brand guidelines
*Manage campaign imagery deployment, including resizing, formatting and overseeing folder organisation and uploads
*Use Figma to mock up weekly homepage and landing page layouts, working closely with senior marketing stakeholders
Retail, Wholesale & Events
*Design point-of-sale materials for retail environments, wholesale partners and events
*Support brand activations and physical environments with creative assets
*Create collateral for loyalty and customer communications
Cross-functional Collaboration
*Manage stakeholder communication across projects, including briefing, feedback and timelines
*Support wider teams with ad hoc design needs such as image resizing, retouching and asset creation
Skills & Experience
Core Skills
*Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio across print and digital
*Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
*Strong grasp of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
Technical Skills
*Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – essential
*Experience using Figma
*Video editing experience (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro or similar)
*Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
*Experience with Shopify or a similar CMS is advantageous
*Strong understanding of print production processes – essential
Creative & Commercial Awareness
*Strong awareness of current design trends with a refined aesthetic eye
*Good understanding of UX and digital presentation, particularly across mobile and app environments
*Ability to balance creative ideas with commercial objectives
Collaboration & Communication
*Confident communicator who works well across teams
*Comfortable receiving feedback and contributing ideas
*Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*Proactive and enthusiastic, bringing fresh design ideas to the team
