Job Description:
Risk Assurance and Procurement Manager
Based in Essex
Length: Temp to perm
The Risk Assurance and Procurement Manager will lead the effective risk management of the organisation, focussing on policies and assurances.
Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and lead on key risk elements e.g. Tenant safety, Financial viability, Regulatory compliance, Governance and decision-making, Service delivery risks, Cyber security and data protection
*Work with senior governance colleague to identify risks as they mature
*Maintain the procurement register
*Take your own initiative in projects and according to the changing priorities of the organisation
Skills, experience and knowledge
*Experience working in Charities, NGO’s, third sector
*5 years experience in a dynamic risk assurance setting
*Knowledge of GDPR, compliance and data protection principles
*Venn Group’s "Recommendation Scheme": if you recommend a candidate who is subsequently placed by Venn Group (for a minimum of 2 weeks) you will be eligible for vouchers from a choice of high street organisation
