Job Description:
JHE & Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with a local business in Shipley who are looking for an account executive on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account executive with an excellent customer service record, to join a growing business in a fantastic office environment.
Working in a small team of 3, the account executives sit in between the sales and production teams and form a valuable cog in a very cohesive unit. The chosen candidate will work closely with several internal teams, ensuring a smooth process from ’cradle to grave’. It’s imperative the chosen candidate has strong initiative and appetite, working across the business providing first class customer relations.
Duties include
* Managing the order fulfilment process working closely with the sales and production teams.
* Coordinate logistics, invoicing and warehouse communications
* Support the sales team, preparing for meetings, researching new markets and sourcing new components
* Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment working on Sage 200
* Process sales orders
* Engage directly with customers confirming orders and delivery timeframes
* Create sales orders and invoice accordingly
* Coordinate a smooth supply chain process managing manufacturing production via third parties
* Manage complex supply chains including sourcing materials
Person specification
* Proven experience working in a similar account executive role
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong initiative with ability to think outside the box and lead the process
* Ability to multitask and balance workloads
* Sage 200 / ERP experience (Desirable)
* Previous manufacturing experience (Desirable)
