Job Description:
Our Client are looking for an experienced Security Officer to work at a luxury residential development based in East London.
Working Hours: 4on 4off, 19:00pm - 07:00am
Salary is up to £30,000 annually dependant on experience.
Duties include:
*Patrol premises and monitor CCTV.
*To ensure the overall safety of residents and staff within the estate.
*Overseeing access control and visitor management.
*To be observant to potential unwanted behaviour from residents or members of the public and to manage accordingly. Remaining vigilant to potential acts of thefts or vandalism.
*To regularly inspect during the shift all internal and external areas of the estate and report any concerns to the management.
*To provide excellent visual standards and quality customer service for the development.
