Communications Assistant (6-Month Temporary Role)
2 days per week | Hybrid Available
I am working with a well-known and highly regarded organisation who are looking for a Communications Assistant to join their team on a 6-month temporary basis. This is a part-time role (2 days per week) and offers a fantastic opportunity to build hands-on experience within a professional communications function.
The role
Supporting the communications team, you’ll play a key role in keeping colleagues informed and engaged through internal channels. Day-to-day duties will include:
*Managing and updating content on the company intranet
*Creating and sending internal communications and email campaigns
*Supporting digital communications activity using Marketing Cloud
*Designing simple, engaging visuals and content using Canva
*Assisting with general communications and administrative tasks as required
About you
This role would suit either:
*A graduate or recent graduate looking to gain valuable experience in communications or digital marketing, or
*Someone with previous communications experience seeking a part-time opportunity
You’ll ideally have:
*Strong written communication skills and great attention to detail
*Confidence using digital tools and platforms
*Experience with or an interest in email marketing and content management systems
*Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and Canva (or the ability to pick these up quickly)
*A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage your time effectively
