What You’ll Be Doing:
*Engaging warm and qualified leads via outbound calls and consultative sales
*Presenting compelling investment opportunities with authority and insight
*Building rapport with high-net-worth individuals and seasoned investors
*Managing the full sales cycle - from pitch to close
*Consistently exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
*Handling objections confidently and professionally
*Working closely with the sales director to refine pitch strategies and drive team performance
You’ll Need:
*Minimum 2-3 years’ telesales experience in investments, finance, or high-ticket sales
*A hunter mentality - hungry, ambitious, and target-driven
*Strong closing ability with a demonstrable sales track record
*Exceptional phone manner, objection handling, and interpersonal skills
*Confidence, resilience, and a performance mindset
*Experience selling to HNWIs, professionals, or sophisticated investors (preferred)
