Are you completing your Teacher Training and looking for the perfect school to begin your ECT induction? We are currently recruiting ambitious Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for a variety of broad roles across Primary, Secondary, and SEN provisions in Blackpool starting this September 2026.
Whether you specialise in Core Subjects, Humanities, or Early Years, we have partnerships with schools that offer robust mentoring and a clear pathway to permanent contracts.
The Opportunity: Kickstart Your CareerWe understand that the first two years of teaching are pivotal. Our Blackpool partner schools are committed to the Early Career Framework (ECF), providing:
*Dedicated Mentorship: Weekly 1-on-1 support from experienced senior leaders.
*Reduced Timetable: 10% reduction in Year 1 and 5% in Year 2 to support your professional development.
*Temp-to-Perm: Many of our September roles are designed to transition into permanent school contracts following a successful initial term.
What We Offer*Pay to Scale: Salaries starting at M1 (£32,916) as per the latest 2025/26 teacher pay scales.
*Subject Variety: Roles available in English, Maths, Science, PE, EYFS, and KS1/KS2.
*Relocation Support: Advice for ECTs moving to the Blackpool or Lancashire area.
*No Umbrella Fees: Transparent weekly pay via PAYE.
Candidate Requirements*Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026.
*A passion for raising attainment levels in Blackpool schools.
*Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to inclusive learning.
*Evidence of "Good" or "Outstanding" teaching during initial training placements.
