Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with strong M&A exposure to support financial leadership, strategic decision-making, and value creation across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in acquisitions, integrations, and ongoing financial management within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Position: Finance Manager (M&A)
Full-Time
Salary: £70,000 to £80,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
*Lead and support financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestments, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
*Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
*Provide high-quality financial analysis and insights to support strategic and commercial decisions.
*Oversee month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely management reporting.
*Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to drive financial performance.
*Review and improve financial controls, processes, and systems.
*Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors and advisors.
*Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost optimisation, and value creation across the group.
Key essentials of the Finance Manager:
*ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
*Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role with demonstrable M&A exposure.
*Strong financial modelling, analysis, and commercial acumen.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Advanced Excel skills.
