Our dedicated Wheel and Tyre Centre in Swindon is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team and grow with the business.


Job OpportunityYou’ll be joining a busy, supportive team where quality and customer standards matter. This role is ideal for someone who already has tyre-fitting experience and wants to progress into more complex wheel and tyre repair work, following recognised manufacturer-approved methods.
Key responsibilities include:
· Fitting wheels and tyres to a high professional standard
· Completing wheel refurbishment work, including inspections, repairs, and equipment maintenance
· Maintaining accurate records of tyre stock and sales, ensuring stock levels are always correct
· Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and safe, including correct disposal of old tyres
· Taking ownership of the condition, cleanliness, and care of tyre-fitting and refurbishment equipment


Essential SkillsWhat We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to develop their skills.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a similar tyre-fitting or wheel-related role
· Experience within a manufacturer-approved environment would be advantageous, but not essential
· Full UK Driving Licence
· A willingness to learn, combined with ambition to progress and take on more technical work
