*Employee Benefits Director
*South West London offices
*1 - 2 days in the offices per week
*Sit on the Board/Executive Committee
*Lead a team of 5 support staff
*Manage 25 existing client accounts (small/medium sized)
*£80k - £90k basic salary plus bonuses
*1 - 2 days in the offices per week
My client is a boutique wealth planning and employee benefits business with offices in South West London who have been operating for many years with significant financial backing. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid whole of market advice to private and corporate clients. I have placed 2 staff into the business, and the business has plans to expand its offering. A vacancy has come available for an senior candidate to take on an Employee Benefits Directorship role who will lead the Employee Benefits team within the business and be responsible for managing 25 existing clients who are primarily small and medium sized businesses across London and the southeast. You will be responsible for managing a team leader who oversees a team of engagement and retention administrators as well as client relations administrator and seeing a steady growth of the department and ensuring existing business is maintained and serviced.
You will be a seasoned employee benefits professional having advised corporate clients on a range of employee benefits topics, but someone who has very good Group Pension knowledge would be highly advantageous. You will ideally hold the level 4 diploma. If you have been an IFA and seeking to step into purely an Employee Benefits advice role this would be considered. The role will pay up to £90k basic salary with benefits and bonuses and you can come to the offices 1 perhaps 2 days per week.
