A global insurance firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of highly complex, multi-year business transformation projects. This role involves converting high-level business requirements into actionable project plans and driving successful outcomes through effective change management strategies.
Your Role:
*Lead and integrate change management activities into overall business/programme objectives and delivery plans.
*Develop and implement specific change strategies to support transformation initiatives.
*Evaluate project progress through detailed project plans and regular status meetings, ensuring stakeholder, sponsor, and client expectations are met.
*Conduct annual evaluations using the project evaluation framework to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
*Negotiate resource requirements with management when faced with conflicting priorities.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document tasks required to achieve group objectives within the project plan.
*Oversee the development of actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication plans, stakeholder analysis, training plans, and more.
Your Profile:
*Experience in General/London Markets Insurance or Banking/Financial Services (essential).
*Proven expertise in delivering Target Operating Models.
*A strong track record in managing Offshoring or Restructuring projects.
