Mortgage Broker / HNW Mortgage Advisor – High Earnings – Islington, North London
*Location: Islington, North London
*Basic: Up to £31,000 (including car allowance)
*OTE: £45,000 – £60,000+
*Financial Guarantee: £1,000 per month

HNW Mortgage Broker / HNW Mortgage Advisor – Islington Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HNW mortgage broker or HNW mortgage advisor to join a highly successful estate agency branch in Islington, North London.
This role is ideal for a driven HNW mortgage broker or HNW mortgage advisor looking to work in a fast-paced, high-value property market with access to consistent leads and strong earning potential.
The Role – Islington Based HNW Mortgage Broker / HNW Mortgage Advisor
Working within a busy Islington office, you will:
*Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients, including HNW individuals
*Handle cases up to £2 million, with average property values of £550,000
*Work closely with a high-performing estate agency team generating regular referrals
*Manage and develop a database of nearly 2,000 existing clients
*Receive consistent, high-quality leads on a daily basis
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HNW mortgage broker or HNW mortgage advisor to build a strong pipeline quickly in Islington.
