Job Description:
Package: £27K - £28K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£40-45K OTE Year 1)
Our client is a specialist education recruitment agency, focusing on higher education institutions and commercial training providers across the UK. They partner with universities, professional training organisations and private education providers, supporting hiring across teaching, programme delivery and leadership roles. With strong repeat business and long-term client relationships, the market offers consistent demand with strong earning potential from day one.
