The Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to manage the full recruitment process while building expertise in the policy and public affairs sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates
*Building relationships with candidates and supporting them throughout the recruitment process
*Working with organisations to understand their hiring needs
*Developing deep knowledge of the policy and public affairs landscape
*Building and managing your own client and candidate network
*Working towards revenue targets
About You:
*Degree educated
*Evidence of achievement or commitment (sport, academics, societies, work experience, etc.)
*Ambitious and motivated with a strong desire to succeed
*Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
*Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn
