We’re working closely with a well-established and growing legal firm in Sheffield who are looking to welcome an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to their residential property team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive firm where you’ll play a key role in ensuring property transactions progress efficiently and accurately from start to finish.
The RoleAs a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide vital administrative and legal support to fee earners, helping to keep matters running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
*Supporting residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
*Preparing and managing legal documentation
*Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and third-party organisations
*Handling general conveyancing administration and file management
*Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely progression of matters
About You*Previous experience working within conveyancing is essential
*Strong administrative and organisational skills
*Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
*Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
