Key responsibilities
*Preparing, drafting and transcribing legal documents through audio and copy typing
*Providing excellent client care, including taking initial instructions and booking appointments
*Managing solicitors’ diaries and coordinating meetings
*Handling correspondence, billing, and general file management
*Supporting the wider team with day to day legal administration
About you
*Previous legal secretarial experience is essential
*Experience working within a busy legal environment
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
*Professional, approachable and comfortable communicating with clients
