Job Description:
ROLE: Asbestos Surveyor
HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours per week
LOCATION: London
Role Responsibilities
*Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspection, management, refurbishment and demolition surveys in line with HSG264 and company procedures.
*Collect site data and transport asbestos samples to UKAS accredited laboratories.
*Produce accurate asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software.
*Build and maintain client relationships, offering specialist advice when required.
*Liaise with Surveying Quality, Contracts, Projects Managers and Supervisors as needed.
Required Qualifications
*BOHS P402 qualified (or equivalent).
*Strong knowledge of asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.
*Full UK driving licence.
*Commitment to delivering high standards while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
