Residential Conveyancer
Newark, Nottinghamshire
We are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our friendly and supportive team based in our Newark office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and client-focused legal professional who is keen to progress their career within a well-established, forward-thinking firm.
The RoleYou will be responsible for managing your own varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to post-completion. This will include:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Transfers of equity
*Re-mortgages
*New build transactions
*Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters
The successful candidate will be confident in handling files independently while maintaining a high standard of client care throughout.
About YouWe are particularly interested in candidates who are qualified as either a Solicitor or CILEX Residential Conveyancer, although applications are also welcomed from:
*Licensed Conveyancers
*CILEX Lawyers
*Experienced fee-earning Paralegals with a strong background in residential conveyancing
You will:
*Have demonstrable experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
*Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Possess strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
*Be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
Working Arrangements*Full-time (5 days per week) or 4 days per week considered
*Office-based in Newark initially
*Following successful completion of a 6-month probation period, there may be scope for hybrid working (subject to Partners’ discretion)
*Opportunity to work from the West Bridgford office where appropriate after probation
