Lettings Manager
We’re working with a busy and growing estate agency in Bristol looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Manager to lead their lettings operation.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential lettings who’s ready to take ownership of a department, drive performance, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
You will be responsible for:
*Managing and developing the lettings team to achieve targets
*Driving new business and winning instructions across the Bristol area
*Overseeing the full lettings process from instruction through to move-in
*Conducting rental valuations and advising landlords
*Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and best practice
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Monitoring pipeline, performance, and team KPIs
*Working closely with senior management to grow market share
About you
*Proven experience within residential lettings, ideally at Senior Negotiator or Manager level
*Strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business
*Confident leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team
*Commercially minded and target-driven
*Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
