Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a very well established wealth manager, who now due to growth are looking to source a Trainee IFA.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about financial planning, client service, and professional development. You will start as a paraplanner and progress to a fully qualified IFA.
Key Responsibilities:
Initially supporting advisers who wish to pass on their clients/leads, you will undertake research, prepare suitability reports, create financial plans and client reviews.
Engage with clients to understand their goals and build strong relationships
Working towards becoming a qualified IFA and managing your own / passed over client bank.
Requirements
Industry Experience: Minimum 4 years in financial services, with at least 2 years working alongside an IFA/Paraplanner or in a similar role
Qualifications
Ideally Diploma qualified
Skills & Attributes:
*Strong product knowledge and willingness to learn
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Client-focused mindset with high ethical standards
*Analytical and detail-oriented approach
*Positive ’can do’ attitude and adaptability
Working Model:
*Hybrid
