*Manage credit control and accounts receivable processes
*Proactive cash collection to ensure timely payment and minimise overdue debt
*Credit risk management including credit checks, limit setting, and account monitoring
*Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently
*Continuous improvement of credit control processes and compliance with policies
*Prepare and distribute regular reports on aged debtors and cash flow
*Liaise with internal departments to address payment queries and disputes
*Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
*General finance team support and ad-hoc duties as required
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
*A background in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable
*Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
